- How do I uninstall the iTunes plug-in for Mac?
Hide
  1. Quit iTunes.
  2. Go to your home folder.
  3. Select the following directory: Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins/ and delete the folder called "Qloud Plug-in."
- Why don't some of my plays/songs from my media player show up on Qloud?
Hide
  1. When you download and install our plug-in, we automatically import a file from your media player library that has all the track names and album names.
  2. We then match that list of tracks to a 3rd party music catalog service called Muze (which has 7+ million songs) in order to normalize spelling, album names, etc.
  3. We then take this list of "good" songs (songs we recognized) and match them with known music videos on the web for you to listen to, share and enjoy.

Complications in song recognition commonly arise when you have misspellings, foreign characters or incomplete information (i.e. we need the track, artist and album name for the recognition to work).

Almost all music purchased from iTunes or another online media sources will have this track information correct. However if you obtained your music from some other (perhaps sketchy) mediums like P2P file -sharing, off the web, or from burned CD's a friend gave you... well then you're going to have to go into iTunes and update the missing/misspelled information for the song to be recognized.

As we move forward, we are doing our best to improve the recognition process to account for many common misspellings and for tracks that lack Album names.
